Subject: Maintenance files for djgpp

Greetings,

I am unsure as to how to proceed with the application of the maintenance files.
I have read the docs, but some of the binaries (the compiler and bin utils) are
newer than some of the maintenance files.  This would seem to matter since
you wouldn't want to overwrite newer files with the patches but I want to 
make sure I DO THE RIGHT THING.
