Read the fortran faq. I am getting my _copy_ from
http://hptesla.mi.infn.it/misc/fortran/fortran.html
but it must be somewhere closer to you.

According to FAQ f2c is supposed to work with djgpp.
f2c binaries are on simtelnet in msdos/fortran. 
I did not tested it myself!

Anyway, I am also curious, if someone compiled g77 with djgpp. What a
funny coincidence, I did try yesterday, actually, but with no success so
far.
