Search the archives of this news group: this was discussed several days ago. In a nutshell, "forcedos" seems to be irrelevant to the problem at hand (it is supposed to handle problems with programs that Windows thinks are OS/2 programs). Someone actually tried forcedos with DJGPP programs, and, not surprisingly, didn't see any difference.
