I think I made a mistake using _farpokeb, I put int it selector and the offset+address, the offset that I used to get the selector. When I get the selector I have to call _farpoke.. thinking that selector points to the beguin of the mapped address. -----Mensaje original----- De: Rugxulo [mailto:rugxulo AT gmail DOT com] Enviado el: dimecres, 28 / desembre / 2011 04:55 Para: djgpp AT delorie DOT com Asunto: Re: peritool Hi, > (quoted to new post as other thread was VERY old and unrelated) > > [Josep M.]: I'd like to see peritool package, but link in DJGPP web don't > Works. Where can I get it?. Thanks I assume you mean this: http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/dl/apps/ (last updated Jul 2003) " Package Title: Peritool Author: Peritek Corp E-Mail: ivor_AT_DEFUNCT_peritek_DOT_com Status: Free download; binary only One-line description: a test suite of PCI DOS based tools for hardware debugging Peritool tests PCI (probe, map, access config registers), memory (read, write, test, etc.) and I/O (read, write). Peritool is offered free to hardware developers. It runs under DOS (tested with v6.21) and may be run under Windows 98 in a command window. It is not compatible with Windows 2000 or Windows XP. The software is distributed as executable code, and comes with a source file example that shows the access mechanisms. The example program is complete and may be compiled. " So you're basically only getting a closed-source binary and (wimpy) example .c file, not much else. I found a link via WayBack, and the .ZIP seems complete: http://web.archive.org/web/20060820202147/http://www.cwcgraphics.com/softwar e_peritool.html http://web.archive.org/web/20060820202147/http://www.cwcgraphics.com/softwar e/peritool/peridos.zip
