The 'V' key zooms out to the full extents of the board, and the mouse scroll wheel should let you zoom out further. But these are based on the board's working area, not the extents of the components themselves. You can also look for "Element" in your *.pcb file using a text editor, to see if any have odd X,Y coordinates: Element [SFlags "Desc" "Name" "Value" MX MY TX TY TDir TScale TSFlags] Check the MX,MY values. If there are no units, they're in centimils (10,000 = 1 inch)
