pcb-rnd: going as planned, next phase of the layer code rewrite is 
finished. We now have a 100% clear model of physical and logical 
layers, the layer stack, substrates, etc. Next release will happen mid 
February, as planned:

We are doing our usual 1..2 month development and release cycles.

What features come next, or when we get to the bbvia problem depends on 
the number of testers and quality of user testing.
