Can you try renaming that footprint so that last character in not a decimal digit. Or can you try the --skip-m4 option to pcb2gsch if you do not rely on m4. I think I have seen a mail with a similar bug long time ago, but can not really remember. Of course, for recent pcb program you can import your schematic direct, without gsch2pcb.
