Hi all!

I was looking over a design, and noticed one of the components had too
small pins (for my taste).

I didn't want to edit the library component yet, so I decided to edit
the layout file instead. 

It seems changing the pin diameter or drill hole doesn't influence the
drawing at all. To be sure, I tried the pins position, and that _did_
change as expected.

Am I missing something here?
