Hi

I'm new to djgpp and one of the first things I want to do is to print some
of the documentation.
I'm able to compile the TeX-files with my emTeX-distribution but the index
is nonexistent. The same problem appears with Unix-TeX on a DEC-Alpha under
OSF/1.
Also in the libc-documentation the chapter "Functional catagories" is empty.
What has gone wrong?
