Subject:	Non-DJGPP topic: Graphics in a TVISION window

 I'm trying to use the VGA RAM-based character sets to show
graphics on text-mode screen. I use only standard VGA I/O ports
and BIOS functions, however my program does strange things on an
OAK VGA card. (It works perfectly on my Trident.)
If somebody can send me routines for different VGA cards for the below 
purposes, I'd be pleased:

 Single character and entire character set redefinition
 Blinking/bright background toggle
 8/9 dot character width toggle
