  You should lookup the following function: 
  _go32_dpmi_allocate_???...
  _go32_dpmi_get_???_interrupt ()
  _go32_dpmi_set_???_interrupt ()
Or you can look for examples of interrupt handler in the following files
(all are at oak.oakland.edu):
/pub/msdos/sound/sb2.zip        Soundblaster stuff, including ISRs.
