Subject:	dpmi and WinXX

When running a nmake job in a DOS box under WinXX (sorry, NDA, you knw what
I mean) and a djgpp program 1.12m2 (f2c) is involved, every now and then when
the screen scrolls in the DOS box I get blits spread all over the screen.

Looks like a DPMI problem.
