Wouldn't it be a good idea to put this file list in the README or
perhaps in the FAQ? I suspect just as many people would like a
reasonably complete starting configuration as would like the minimal
configuration, but at the moment only the minimal set of files is
described. I certainly would have appreciated Eli's list when I
first started with DJGPP (so thanks for posting it Eli!).
