You have to set up the DJGPP environment variables, as covered in the =
file: README.1ST

With win2k, you need to right click the 'My computer' icon, then select =
the 'Advanced' tab, then click the 'Environment Variables' button, and =
use that dialog to add you environment variables.=20

      After following the instructions and setting the system variables =
in windows 2000, I cannot get a simple program to compile using gcc.  =
Windows at the DOS prompt does not recognize the comand, gcc.
