You are right DJ when I use the batch file to open a command prompt
window everything works, even the rhide does not display that DJGPP is
not set.Thanks for the help.Now I am faced with another problem

1 How to get the rhide help system working?

2 The below program

when executed the output "Hello World" just come and goes in a split
of a second.How do I make it stay.This is with when compiled and run
inside rhide.I used #include <conio> and getch() But rhide gives error
messages

lib: No such file or directory
conio:No such file or directory

What is wrong with my installation?
